The Heimatmuseum Aesch is located in a 400-year-old farmhouse, the so-called "Kesslerhaus". The extensive exhibitions deal with the topics of viticulture, village history, club life as well as prehistory and early history of Aesch. The local poet Traugott Meyer and the naturalist Alfred Vogel find their own place in the museum as "famous Aescher".
