The house he lived in was organized as the Şefik Bursalı Museum by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism. Painter Şefik Bursalı donated almost all of his works and the workshop house to the Ministry of Culture and Tourism. The donated works were selected by the artist himself to cover all periods of art life.
While arranging the museum, the house was equipped with the necessary technical structures and re-furnished in order to place the works. The garden of the house was preserved with its old natural features and a bust of the artist was placed in the front of the house. Thanks to this museum house, present and future generations will be able to examine and recognize the art of the famous painter as a whole and as part of the artist's atmosphere.
