Museum of Archeology and Ethnography
The museum is divided into two sections. The ethnography section contains materials relating to the XIX and early XX century, as well as to the life of the Azerbaijani people. In the section relating to archeology, presented materials related to the stage of historical development of Azerbaijan, its culture from the Stone Age to the late Middle Ages. Update exposures occur annually. The museum's displays create a complete picture of the camps of primitive people, living areas on the territory of modern Azerbaijan, the settlements belonging to pastoralists and farmers, and on the gravestones of early urban culture, the historical and material culture of the ancient states, art, lifestyle, economy and moral culture of the former population of the territory.
