The Speed Skating Development Museum
Particular attention is paid to the museum's famous skater, six-time Olympic champion, a native of Chrysostom, Lydia Skoblikova. A collection of photographs about Lydia Pavlovna’s sports life, her sports uniform, awards, including copies of Olympic medals from Innsbruck and Squaw Valley, diplomas and much more, are collected at a specially designated booth. In addition, the museum contains materials about the champions of the world, Europe, the USSR, Russia and the Olympic Games, beginning in 1910, as well as badges, trophies and autographs of distinguished skaters, videos about their performances, congratulations from the first secretary of the CPSU Central Committee N. S Khrushchev, presidents B. N. Yeltsin and V. V. Putin and the first Soviet cosmonauts.
