Chernivtsi Museum of History and Culture of Bukovina
The museum exposition is dedicated to the amazing and still uncharted phenomenon - a phenomenon Bukovyna Jewry from the late 18th century. until 1941, when Bukovina was part of the Austro-Hungarian Empire, and later Romania. The museum exposition tells about the Jewish communities in the province, its intense and vivid religious, political, public and social life of the outstanding artists - bukovintsiv Jewish procession, whose work became the pride of European culture of the twentieth century.
