Costume Museum
The Costume Museum opened in 1974 as a museum that exhibits Japanese customs and costumes from ancient times to the present. In 1998, in order to see how these costumes were specially used in everyday life, an exhibition entitled "The Tale of Genji's Life ~ Life in Rojo-in ~" was updated. Various scenes from "The Tale of Genji" were selected and exhibited.
