Peter Schlör - Unveiled

Peter Schlör's timeless primeval motifs of landscape - water, clouds, atmosphere and light, mountains and trees, sometimes even houses - have always been found on distant journeys as well as in his immediate neighbourhood. In doing so, he makes use of the subtle lighting conditions on location, which later hardly need any post-processing. From this moment of pausing, of looking closely while at the same time stepping back behind the object, spectacular views emerge. "Unveiled" - "Unhidden" is what he calls his new works, which touch the viewer immediately and show him a fascinating, powerful world in front of which he is amazed. "For me, the process of photographing is a balancing of the inner and outer worlds. An intuitive dialogue.
