Liwan Museum
Liwan Museum is located at 84 North Fengyuan Street, West Longjin Road, Liwan District, Guangzhou. It is the first district museum in Guangdong Province with the mission of collecting, displaying, and studying Liwan history, culture, and folk customs. It used to be the residence of Mr. Chen Lianzhong, comprador of HSBC in the early years of the Warlord Era. With a courtyard of Lingnan characteristic and villas of western style, the museum looks unique and interesting. It also features "Flying Banyan on the Rock," praised as the masterpiece of "Extraordinary Scenes in Lingnan Rock Mountain."
