In the main building, the "Schambädischdä-Huus", there is an archeology exhibition with valuable archaeological objects from Reinach, a pear and heath landscape with around a hundred animal specimens, a butterfly collection and a section on the history of viticulture and beer brewing. A kitchen, a living room and a bedroom testify to the simple life at that time in Reinach. Many exhibits on the subjects of mass and weights, money, customs, church, club life and old technical equipment as well as a new telephone exhibition round off the permanent exhibition. A special attraction is the collection of around 350 irons. The outbuilding houses a fully equipped and functional smithy and bakery as well as a wickerwork. The spacious coach house displays agricultural equipment (including a threshing machine) and utensils that Küfer, Sattler and Wagner used to practice their profession.
