Isaac Fernandez Blanco Museum of Hispanic American Art
The Palacio Noel, the MIFB's headquarters since 1947, is in the Spanish-American neo-colonial style and was built by the architect Martín Noel in 1922.
It offers the local and foreign public an exhaustive panorama of the manifestations of art produced in the viceroyalties of Peru and the Río de la Plata, as well as the geographical-cultural areas of influence of the same.
