The modern museum exposition consists of seven sections: the animal and plant world of the Ivdel region, the town Ivdel before the October Revolution, the history of Ivdel, industry, public education, health care and culture, the Mansi - the indigenous inhabitants of the region, the Russian izba, mineralogy, paleontology, archeology.
