This monument of folk architecture harmoniously combines many types of traditional arts and crafts: carving and painting on wood and ganch, tiled art. The museum funds comprise more than 30,000 exhibits, each of which is a striking confirmation of the rich history of Kokand, its unique culture and art. Collection Fine Art introduces the painting and sculpture masters of Western Europe, Russia and Uzbekistan. Special attention is given a collection of manuscripts and rare lithographic editions. From the XVII century. a city known as a center for the production of Kokand silk paper. Books prescribed amazing script Kokand calligraphers, were valued very highly. Of particular value is the Koran with a personal seal and documents Khudoyarkhan Khan's archive - orders, instructions and certificates.
