Lorenzo Scaglia Municipal Museum of Natural Sciences

It was founded by the Decree, Municipal February 22, 1938. Its sources, called the Regional Museum of History and Traditional Mar del Plata Florentine Ameghino and opened its doors to the community February 14, 1939, on the third floor of the Municipal Palace, while the intendant Jose Camuso management. It changes the initial appointment May 22, 1948 on the "Municipal Museum of Natural Sciences and the traditional Mar del Plata."
