Marjan's great dream fulfilled is a picturesque space for the freedom of art called the "Museo Conventillo" Project. In the neighborhood of La Boca with his wife Beatriz they bought a house made of wood and veneer built in 1880, which was very degraded and condemned to demolition, recovering it completely with titanic effort. In the sculpture workshop located in the lower part of the rear body, as is the style of these old elevated buildings, Marjan develops his work with his son Maximiliano. In the first floor studio Beatriz develops her passion for painting. The front body, made up of two floors facing the street, was completely remodeled, put in its original value, transforming it into a Cultural Center. You can see works in oil, acrylic, sculptures, electric kaleidoscopes and installations. We find great intensity and drama, alternated with the joy of colors, flowers and humor expressed in some works.
