Shimane Art Museum
Shimane Art Museum was opened in Matsue, Shimane Prefecture, Japan in 1999. Designed by Kikutake, Kyonori and with a total area of 12,500 square meters, it houses a collection of Japanese and Western art, including Momoyama folding screens and paintings by Koro, Sisley, Monet and Gauguin.
