In his exposition presents more than 3,500 exhibits, revealing the history of the ancient Mesoamerican civilizations. The museum has three themed rooms: a hall dedicated to archeology of Quintana Roo, a hall dedicated to the Mayan civilization, and a hall for temporary exhibitions.
