Mikasa City Museum
The Mikasa City Museum was opened in Mikasa, Hokkaidō, Japan in 1979. A collection of natural history and area history documents and famous for its ammonites as well as for the Ezo Mikasa Ryu type of fossil, discovered in 1976 and designated as a natural monument.The Mikasa City Museum was established in July 1979 to preserve and exhibit the city's nature, culture and industry
