Authors of the project pursued a specific purpose - to make this estate, as in the XIX century, the center of musical and cultural life, restoring the lodge manager, which was supposed to carry out literary and art exhibitions and chamber music evenings, as well as to isolate the museum from the surrounding streets by a fence with entrance gates ( Brahma).
