The Minusinsk Local Lore Museum of Martyanov N.M.
The museum presents cultural heritage, which includes archaeological collection, a collection of Khakass and Tuvinian ethnography, a geological collection. The archaeological collection includes sculptures, steles and slabs with drawings and runic inscriptions dating back more than 4 thousand years. The museum holds the most unique collection of ancient bronze. The most interesting part of the ethnographic collection is the Khakass (late nineteenth century). Unique watercolors on rice paper are a part of the Chinese collection. The collection of taxidermed animals living in the territory of Southern Siberia is a part of the natural-historical collection.
