The Central Border Museum of the Russian Federal Security Service

In the museum funds materials on the history of the border guard from the period of Ancient Russia to the present are collected. These include original documents and photographs: Battle Banners, awards, weapons, paintings, drawings, sculptures, prints, documentary films and video films, contraband items, devices used by violators when crossing the border. The museum exposition displays the history of the border guard, the development and improvement of the border troops and the border service. It presents all the most significant events that occurred on the border, its heroes and heroic deeds.
