Museo Naval

The Naval Museum is a museum belonging to the National Navy of the Eastern Republic of Uruguay, under the Ministry of National Defense. It was inaugurated on March 26, 1981. It is located on the Rambla de Gaulle esq. Luis Alberto de Herrera in Montevideo, Uruguay.

The Museum has 4 main rooms, as well as images and videos that accompany the tour. It shows the routes followed by expedition members as well as the ships used. The 3-ship models of Christopher Columbus made in the Modeling Workshop of the Center for Historical, Naval and Maritime Studies stand out.
