Museum of Sacred Art, San Francisco Solano
It was inaugurated in 1969 and belongs to the Franciscan order. The Museum treasures important artistic objects and religious imagery belonging to the 16th, 17th, 18th and 19th centuries, which belonged to temples and chapels, as well as to long-established families in the province.
Next to it is the Chapel Cell of San Francisco Solano, a reconstruction that the one that the Saint lived in in 1565, in which valuable pieces of his belongings and a particle of his skull brought in 1970 from Peru are preserved.
