National Historical Museum of the Cabildo and the May Revolution
The Cabildo building is the only civilian architectural witness of 200 years of independent life in the country, recovered as a museum of the 21st century as part of the Bicentennial works. The historic building and nerve center of the events of May 1810, reopened to the public on May 23, 2010.
It has been endowed with a new museum design and spaces have been set up to raise the value of the exhibited goods with a clearer museum message for visitors.
