Ayşe Işık, who lost his arms after an accident at the age of 5, learned to use his feet instead of his hands and started painting at the age of 19, he signed hundreds of works and 32 exhibitions with his feet.
Işık, who has been reflecting the colors of nature on his canvases with the brush he holds on his feet for 12 years without feeling the deficiency of his hands, wants to set an example for disabled people with his productivity.
"I paint pictures of nature, flowers, objects. In general, I like to work on conceptual, handicapped difficulties. I am proud of myself. We have productive disabled friends, there are those who are not productive. I want families and friends to open up their families. "We don't want to be like ourselves, so I want our families to be sensitive about it. I want people to be sensitive and help us instead of pity. I want families to support their children. The greatest support is parents."
