The Museum of Salmon

The museum exposition includes several sections: biodiversity of Kamchatka salmon, origin, geography of distribution and habitat of Pacific salmon, peculiarities of their biology and specific signs of members of the salmon family, their artificial and natural reproduction, protection of spawning reservoirs, history of development and regulation of the fishery, preparation of salmon products from the Neolithic to the 3rd millennium.
