Police museum Pondicherry

The Police museum helps to educate the public about various aspects of the Puducherry police and its evolution from French times to modern Indian times. It also helps build links between the police and the public.

The Police Museum has an Armament Section, in which certain types of weapons and ammunition are displayed for public inspection. The aim is to arouse public interest in the various types of weapons and ammunition used by the police.
