Bread Museum

There you will see not only the cards, equipment and tools, but also archival documents XVI-XVII centuries.
There are collections of machines, appliances, dishes, photographs, postcards and many other exhibits related to the history of bread for example documents from the period of the nineteenth and twentieth centuries and archival documents from the sixteenth and seventeenth centuries. Stored here are also called bread money which in times of crisis only allowed to buy it. The creator of the museum is Piotr Mankiewicz, who initially gathered and buy unique exhibits at the fair antiques, later founded the museum.
Museum and its numerous collections are aimed at young people, but not only; on-site visitors can personally form the bread and bake them as more attractive sightseeing and introduces the work of bakers. It is the only museum dedicated to baking and pastry-cooking in Eastern Europe, comparable only with similar institutions in Germany, Switzerland and France.
