Rokinivskoi Museum of the History of Agriculture in Volyn
The Rokynivka Museum of the History of Agriculture in Volyn was opened in 1979. Its founder and permanent director Oleksandr Mykolayovych Seredyuk is a well-known historian, local historian and publicist. For many years he collected relics of the Volyn past, which became a unique heritage. A real modern museum was created in his empty space by his hands. All exhibits were collected by hand and at the cost of organizational efforts and numerous hiking and local history hikes and excavations, travels and trips, meetings with the old residents of the region. The exposition, located in 8 halls of the museum, tells about the history of the Volyn village, the development of agriculture in Volyn in different periods, about the nature and ecology of the region. One of the sections of the exposition tells about the history of Ukrainian statehood.
