Sakai City Museum

The Sakai City Museum opened in 1980 as a commemorative project to mark the 90th anniversary. As a museum of Sakai's history, art, archeology and folklore, it collects, preserves and displays many materials for lifelong learning and civic culture.
The museum, Sakai City Tea Room, Central Library, Bicycle Museum, Japanese Garden, City Landscaping Center, etc. are housed in Daisen Park, located in the center of Mozu Mounds.
