The museum has over 26 thousand storage units, including: relics related to the life and work of inhabitants of Saratov, participants of the Great Patriotic War; materials on the development of industry, agriculture, science, education, health, culture of the region; collections about Saratov citizens who have made a great contribution to the development of the regional economy: Heroes of Socialist Labor, Laureates of State Prizes, Honorary Citizens of the Saratov Region
