The Carnival Museum of Cologne
Every year the carnival takes place in Cologne, picking up one and a half million members. For the first time it began to organize in the 20s of XIX century. Feast takes place at the end of February, before the beginning of Lent, but preparations begin in advance, namely from November 11, when the City Hall clock will show 11 hours and 11 minutes.
