The Holocaust Museum
The Holocaust Museum in Buenos Aires is an educational and experiential space dedicated to keeping alive the memory of the Holocaust / Shoá, the extermination of six million Jews by Nazi Germany and its accomplices during the Second World War.
The objectives of the Museum are to spread the teachings of the Shoá, maintain and enhance the museum heritage, spread the testimonies of survivors, support the largest Spanish-speaking library on the subject, promote research projects, develop training programs for educators and generate permanent training initiatives for teachers. A comprehensive renovation of its facilities and its main exhibition began in 2017, which will be inaugurated in 2019 and will incorporate new forms of transmission and technologies.
