The Museum of Moscow Post Office
The museum is dedicated to the history of post service.The museum presents unique archival documents of the Russian mail of the XVIII-XIX centuries, chests and trunks for transportation of mail, antique furniture installed in the post office building in 1912, engravings depicting postal forms, vehicles, mailboxes and much more. The exposition contains a personal archive of the postmaster of Rubanovsky, which contains rare documents relating not only to the postmaster’s work activities, but also family documents and things.
