The main exhibition of the museum is the House of the Tsar's Nurse-Ware, dedicated to Maria Andreevna Smolina, the first wet-nurse of Nicholas II. The exposition is divided into three zones: the history of harvesting of the wet-winners in the St. Petersburg province and the story of Maria Smolina, the life of the Tosno inhabitants of the late XIX - early XX century, the business life of the town. On the second floor of the museum are temporary exhibitions.
