Tsyurupinsk Historical Museum
The AD Tsyurupa Museum was founded in 1962. It was a department of the Kherson Regional Museum of Local Lore, but in 2002 the museum received a new status - Tsyurupinsk Museum of Local Lore.
The fund of the Zurupin Museum consists of 900 exhibits. Here you can see how Aleshki developed, the history of the Oleshkovsky Sich, the chronicle of the Holodomor of 1932-33. A separate exposition is also dedicated to Alexander Zurup: his life and career, family life are described. Here you can also see an exhibition of old samovars, works by local sculptor Vadim Fedorovich. And here, paintings, beadworks and homemade dolls are exhibited for young residents of Tsyurupinsk - schoolchildren and pupils of a boarding school.
