The Ahar Museum is located in close proximity to the impressive Maharana Maenhart cenotaphs of the Ahar Museum. This archeological museum is a repository of antiques, sculptures and artifacts. The museum also houses coins, clay pots, terracotta toys, stone weights, animal figures, balls and iron objects. The metal statue of Lord Buddha and the image of God Surya are some of the most prominent exhibits here. Some of these exhibits are 5,000 years old and have been excavated by the Archaeological Department of Rajasthan.
